Child Safety Standards.

1. Our Commitment

Devcogent LLC ("Vysible") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. We are committed to protecting children from abuse, exploitation, and harm. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Vysible:

• Any sexual or sexually suggestive content involving minors
• Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child abuse or exploitation
• AI-generated sexual content involving minors or content that appears to depict minors
• Links to external sites hosting CSAE material
• Content that facilitates grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of minors
• Sharing or soliciting personal information of minors for exploitative purposes
• Content that normalizes or trivializes sexual acts involving minors

3. Detection and Prevention

Vysible employs the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE content:

• AI content moderation: Our AI page builder includes content policy filters that refuse to generate prohibited content, including any content that sexualizes or exploits minors
• Content review: Published pages may be reviewed for policy compliance
• User reporting: Any user can report content they believe violates these standards
• Proactive monitoring: We monitor for patterns of abuse and take action to prevent exploitation of our platform

4. Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter any content on Vysible that you believe constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

• Email: [email protected]. Include the page URL and a description of the content
• NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org, for reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

All CSAE reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.

5. Enforcement Actions

When CSAE content is identified, Vysible will:

• Immediately remove the content and disable the page
• Permanently terminate the account responsible without notice or refund
• Preserve evidence and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as required by U.S. law
• Cooperate with law enforcement in any investigation related to the content
• Ban the individual from creating future accounts on the platform

6. Age Requirements

Vysible requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or publish content on the platform. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted.

7. Legal Compliance

Vysible complies with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children, including but not limited to:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• The PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2252A)
• The CyberTipline reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
• Applicable state laws regarding child exploitation
